The Company was founded in 1996 by Bruce Randall Wohlegmouth,
P.Eng. The Company ownership and direction changed in 2005 whereby
Mr. Wohlgemouth sold his interest, and the name was changed from
Randall Industries Ltd. to MGN Constructors Ltd. Mr. Wohlgemouth carried
on under the name Randall Engineering Ltd.
MGN attributes its success to its people and systems, that reflect the
proud and professional manner in which all employees contribute to the
“team approach” to producing some of Albertans most distinctive buildings.
By recruiting and training active young people devoted to the construction
industry and using the latest in construction technology, MGN can meet the
